Welcome to Ideology

Ideology is a game that pits Capitalism vs. Communism in a turn based strategy game. 

Paint the board with your ideology through the unique strategic maneuvering of your pieces. Use the tools of the Cold War to capture the board for your Ideology.

On The Horizon

Since this game was originally created for a Jam, there were some things that were cut in order to make the deadline. Here are some future features planned in upcoming releases:

• AI: Battle against an AI at varying difficulty levels.
• Multiplayer: Find matches against other live players online.
• UI Improvements: Better responsiveness in the UI.

As well as general bug fixes and other improvements.

This game was submitted for the Historically Accurate Game Jam. The theme was Cold War, and Chess embodied the rivalry between the United States and the Soviet Union, so what better way to honor that theme than with a chess-like strategy game?
